Here are answers to questions that prospective members often ask:
Who may apply for membership?
Any one in the Charleston area who is a qualified investor and who has appropriate professional or business experience.
What is a qualified individual investor?
As determined by the SEC: At least $1,000,000 net worth, OR annual income > $200,000 in 2 of the last 3 years and prospects for the same this year.
What are the member requirements?
We ask our members to participate in meetings held once a month and assist, when appropriate, with due diligence efforts. Member dues are $1,250 per year.
